By purchasing from 3am Latte you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.
All sales are final
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. No refunds will be given.
Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

We can not accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect, we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs). If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to us.
